 Distribution company REMOW revealed the cast members, additional staff, and a teaser promotional video for the television anime adaptation of Ichijouma Mankitsugurashi! (Enjoying a One-Room Tatami Life!) manga on Monday. The anime series adapting Kumako Hisama's comedy ecchi manga will debut in April 2026.Cast Meiko Morita: Hana Hishikawa (Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi) Rie Amamiya: Saho Shirasu (Apocalypse Hotel) Marika Suzuki: Chiharu (22/7) Neo Nakano: Miyari Nemoto (Ruri no Houseki) Michika Narumi: Momoka Terasawa (Make Heroine ga Oosugiru!) Miori Morita: Natsumi Murakami (Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai) Magical Momorin Gouda: Kaori Maeda (Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete) Gao: Chiwa Saitou (Bakemonogatari) Berna: Ran Koba (Vigilante: Boku no Hero Academia Illegals) Tatsuya Takahashi (Class no Daikirai na Joshi to Kekkon suru Koto ni Natta.) is handling the series composition and is penning the script with Kana Yamada (Gimai Seikatsu). Toshinori Watanabe (Fairy Tail: 100-nen Quest) is directing the anime at PRA. Fumiya Uehara (9: Ruler's Crown sub-character design) is designing the characters and MONACA (Aharen-san wa Hakarenai) is composing the music. Hisama drew the comedy ecchi manga as a guest series in Manga Time Kirara in May 2018 before regular serialization began in the same magazine in December that year.
