Kaichou wa Maid-sama! - It's similar to Love is War and has that mind game going on between the main characters. A very funny show and serious when needed. Elfen Lied - If you want drama and suspense with a bit of romance, although it has "Gore" and messed up moments. Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu - Very similar to Elfen Lied and an absolute "must-see" anime. The animation is great and the story has a good pacing. |

Ongaku I'm recommending Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu because even though its a side story mecha, it can easily be watched on its own (I watched it before watching the other seasons) and its just a really funny romance that has random mechas sometimes but it is not the focus. its mostly a high school romance comedy :D Full Metal Panic? I could use some recommendations, nyan. :D My favourite genres are probably Mystery, Magical Girl, and anything speculative (sci-fi/fantasy/supernatural), but I do enjoy stuff outside of them. Note that English dubs are heavily preferred, but not an absolute necessity. You can pull from my To Watch list, or from things you really adored, or just anything you think that I might enjoy.
