This is actually completed. It is available on manga park app for free.

It is a mix of countryside laid-back slice of life, food and youkai.

Main characters include a young girl and an “old” guy.

The girl can see supernatural being including youkai and god. Because of that, her parents argue from time to time (they don’t believe her obviously). One summer she is sent to countryside to live with her mysterious uncle who is supposedly pretty old but still going strong. Lucky for her, he is an amazing chef running a restaurant, and he has a comb which can help him see supernatural ...
