haha yeah, I "started" the VN a couple years back but put it off because I didn't have the motivation to move through everything at the time. I was up until halfway through the second chapter before stopping.


But now my Umineko motivation is back and I am glad!! For now, I am just going through the manga due to just a personal preference when it comes to preferring manga over visual novels, although obviously the VN is more detailed and I do have plans to continue it later on.

I am about halfway through the Chapter 4 manga and I am absolutely in love. Ange is already my favorite character and may even have potential to become one of my favorite characters of all time. Ange and her presence and role in the story really moves me and I can't wait to see more from everything in the story!


Also just a funny observation and I don't mind it whatsoever but the Umineko Manga is deceivingly long 🤣🤣🤣🤣. When I look at the chapter count for the parts, I see chapter counts in the 20s and I think "20 chapters? That's pretty short...." and then it turns out each chapter has 60+ pages....

Hello, I noticed you have the Umineko manga in your favorites. I am reading it right now and I am loving it!

I am at the very beginning of the 4th chapter and I am a big fan of the direction of the story and the cast. Lots of mystery being built in the background too and I am sure it will have great payoff.
