Both are dystopian animes Kakumeiki is a space-armor sci-fi Blassreiter is a nano machine mutant sci-fi Blassreiter has amazing bikes and most mutants have special and unique ability Kakumeiki has good action scenes Dystopian animes often leave a bad after taste but these two will never make you regret watching them though blassreiter does leave you a little unsatisfied Both ending are sad, they will make you melancholic Both focus on a group of characters with each character essential to the show. Blassreiter is 2008 while kakumeiki is 2013 Aside from the Main cast the condition of the citizens strongly resemble
