Wellll I've been watching Violet Evergarden (because 99% of my mal friends recommended it) and Kaguya-sama second season!
I still didn't like V.E style but everyone told me it's normal and I'll like it as the story goes, so I'm waiting for it lol

I just didn't like the way she died. It made me go >:( because it was unexpected in a bad way, imo. Still, their friendship development was really cute!!! But the end was really awesome too. Iliked the fact that he and her friend became friends too

during lockdown i went way too crazy on anime on one day i watched 40 episodes in a day T-T yeah same as much as i wanted to watch them a bit slower i had sooo much time to kill

also yeah today was my second day, that's why i've been replying late. honestly it's better than i thought it was because the teachers were really understanding on all of us having no motivation to do work over lockdown which was really surprising. i'm a bit worried though because i have some important exams at the end of the year but the government hasn't told us what is going to happen/change :(

during the start of lock-down i was whizzing through anime so quickly and got burnt out pretty quickly so i'll go try and watch shows slower next time like you suggest. icl i don't remember a lot of what happened in the shows i whizzed through or maybe that's just my goldfish brain acting up.

beck is great so i hope you enjoy it :) i wish i had that calling with anime, i spend so much time trying to figure out what anime im in the mood for and end up with a show that probably wasn't in my ptw list whoops.

i watched chihayafuru not really knowing much about it but i ended up LOVING it, it has the perfect mix of drama and tournament arc hype.i also never expected karuta to be as intense as it was. i hope they animate it until the end because they have done great so far :D

i havent seen magi yet its been on my ptw for the longest time >.< all i really know about it is the main there because of playing it in a rythm game lmao.
im currently watching an older show called beck it's pretty good and has a lot of engrish which is quite entertaining, i imagine thats how the japanese feel when non speakers try. anyways it's really good and the music kinda slaps so you should watch it some time. i have also been trying to watch seasonal anime weekly but i've partially given up because i can never keep on schedule lol.
i see one of your favourites are maquia, i LOVE that movie. it made me sob like crazy but idk if i have the strength to re-watch it lmaoo
