Somewhat crude comedies about an assassin girl and the dumb girl she's friends with. The assassin girl in both is mean to her dumb friend. The biggest difference I can think of is that Ninja to Koroshiya no Futarigurashi is a lot more yuri than Kill Me Baby and it has way more supporting characters than the latter.
