This is mostly pretty vanilla which isn't inherently a bad thing but you've almost certainly seen something more interesting or more daring. Sometimes vanilla can be good but sometimes you crave something more, y'know? The animation quality is up and down throughout. Sometimes it's okay but sometimes it looks a bit bad. Virtually everything else about this is nothing to write home about. Nothing particularly good or particularly bad. The story is just good enough for a setup for this short ~25 minute OVA. The characters aren't very noteworthy but they're not annoying or bad or anything like that. Overall, this is totally fine but nothing special. It is absolutely serviceable.
