There isn't really a story, the studio just assumes that you played the game by Squeez who shares the same title.
The sex scenes are top notch, to those who loves OPPAI just like me, this is for us boys, what I like about this is, they did not just use the scenes from the game and make an anime of it, some scenes are original which makes me love it even more.
The sounds are on the average side, but the main reason why I rated it this high is because it has my biggest fetish, which is boob sucking, and here there's a lot (which is rare in hentai).
