It was a good movie which catered to those who like the game as well as those who are fans of Hatsune Miku. I think it will help to have some prior knowledge about the characters from Project Sekai, or you will be a bit clueless in the start, but as long as you have been following the Vocaloid scene for the past decade, you will be in for a good ride.
Oh, and prepare tissues before watching!
