It feels very cheap in almost any aspect, the plot is okay but they make everything happen so fast, the resolution of the conflict is not longer than three minutes, and there is a lot of things that doesn't make sense???
If it would 30 minutes more long they could had make it more enjoyable but i suspect that they probably didn't have a lot of money to make it better.
Also, they changed the individual uniforms from the anime into generic ones, not a big deal but it wasn't neccesary ヽ(｀Д´#)ﾉ
You wouldn't want to see this unless you love cyberteam in akihabara.
