1) Simple Premise Dude loves his little sister, has a mesed up childhood friend who shows up in the blue and has a very awkward relationship wih him that makes his life horrible and wonderful
2) For no paticualr reason women love him, because hoenstly the dude has no redeeamble qualities (like your standard MC)
3) He is super awkward when it comes comes eto girls (like your standard MC)
4) It has love triangles or squares or whatever... and he has no clue how to be honest (standard MC)
Anyway starts out kinda nice, i like the charactesr and I start to get invested...
then it gets boring painful and repetitve to the point where you just dont really care anymore..
