First thing first, I was surprised by how good the art was for what I thought at the beginning was a B-movie-like manga. It is consistent during the whole serie and a real plus for me, who like this kind of drawing style.
We follow the life of ex-hitman Marco who decided to live the otaku life in Japan, cutting ties with his dark past. Don't be mistaken, what we have here is 100% action-comedy, filled with love for the otaku world. Big bonus if BL misunderstandings are your laughing material ;)
Several new characters are introduced along the way and we reach a 4-persons group of "heroes" that interact well with eachother. The plot progress steadily and in those 29 chapters we get to see Marco's past, why he changed his way of living and finally how he deals with the mafioso chasing him.
As short as it is, this manga wraps his story nicely, succeeds in bringing character's development and ultimately sends a message of tolerance and mutual benevolence. As a reader, I couldn't help but become attached to this casting of goodwilled idiots and I said goodbye to them with a smile. Definitely a good read !
