The Geek Ex-Hitman is a well-drawn manga with a lot of silly plot lines and characters, with one message at the heart of it. Be yourself! It's essentially the tale of a talented Hitman who runs away to Japan to become a weeb and collecting figures of his favourite character. You don't really leave something so dangerous though, so it's about him making friends of a similar calibre and getting out of situations that his previous employers are putting him into. I really do appreciate the messaging behind it, and the themes of friendship and self-acceptance.
