Lilliputians and Other Tiny People

These extremely tiny people - sometimes referred to as lilliputians - often face a number of challenges living in a normal human-sized world. They might live alongside humans openly or in secret, or live deep in the forest or other rural places humans are less likely to dwell. Getting eaten or stepped on by bigger creatures is a real concern, though tiny people are often portrayed as a friend to animals who are able to communicate with them and ride them for transportation. In some cases, ordinary people become tiny people due to a magic spell or transformation item.
