This stack should include anime with manga-style scenes that could feature voiced dialogue, dynamic panning shots, and rapid cuts. Akin to the FLCT manga scene which was the outset for this interest stack.
Motion comics such as Ninja Bugei-chou and Golgo 13 Selection (1971) will be included until someone creates a separate list.
