The most complete guide for the Pokemon anime.
I'm using the japanese episode list for this. You can find it in wikipedia:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pokémon_episodes_(seasons_1-9)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pokémon_episodes_(seasons_10-19)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pokémon_episodes_(seasons_20-present)
Pokemon
TV, 1997, 276 eps Me:- Author:-
The first Pokemon anime, in the west it's divided into 5 seasons and covers the 1st and 2nd generation.

Indigo League | Episode 1-82
Orange Islands | Episode 83-118
The Johto Journeys | Episode 119-159
Johto League Champions | Episode 160-211
Master Quest | Episode 212-276

Nowadays there are 7 episodes missing in the western version (originally there were only 3 missing episodes), so when you get to an episode called "Hoenn Alone!" then you are finished with the original series.
Pokemon Movie 01: Mewtwo no Gyakushuu
Movie, 1998, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Set after episode 67, but before episode 76 when the pokemon league starts.
Look for the japanese version, it has 10 minutes of footage trimmed out in the western version.
Pokemon Movie 22: Mewtwo no Gyakushuu Evolution
Movie, 2019, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
CG Remake of the 1st movie.
Pokemon Movie 02: Maboroshi no Pokemon Lugia Bakutan
Movie, 1999, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Set probably between episode 107 and 112.
Pokemon Movie 03: Kesshoutou no Teiou Entei
Movie, 2000, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
There is no way to obtain an approximate set to this movie, the only certainity is that it takes place after episode 136, so watch it after episode 157, last one released before the movie.
Pokemon: Mewtwo! Ware wa Koko ni Ari
TV Special, 2000, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Sequel to the 1st movie, set (or at leas released) after episode 180.
Pokemon Movie 04: Celebi Toki wo Koeta Deai
Movie, 2001, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Again, there is no way to obtain an approximate set to this movie either, so watch it after episode 207.

Movie, 2002, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
This one was released after episode 258.
Pokemon Crystal: Raikou Ikazuchi no Densetsu
TV Special, 2001, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
It was released in western territories as the episodes 1-3 of Pokemon Chronicles.
This is an special episode completely disconnected from the main series, you can watch it after you're finished with Johto, or you can just ignore it.
But i have to say that one character appeared in the Johto League, that started in episode 267, so maybe you want to watch it before that.
It was released after episode 232 btw.
Pokemon Advanced Generation
TV, 2002, 192 eps Me:- Author:-
The second anime covers the 3rd generation, and is divided into 4 seasons in the west.

Advanced | Episode 277-316

Movie, 2006, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Released after episode 459.
Pokemon: Senritsu no Mirage Pokemon
ONA, 2006, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
This 10th anniversary special was aired when the anime was already in DP so you can just ignore any attempt to place it withtin the main series. The only certainity is that it happens before episode 467, which is the second to last episode of Advanced, so that really doesn't help too much.
Pokemon Diamond & Pearl
TV, 2006, 191 eps Me:- Author:-
Diamond & Pearl is the anime for the 4th generation, and is divided into 4 seasons.

Diamond & Pearl | Episode 469-520
Battle Dimension | Episode 521-572
Galactic Battles | Episode 573-625

This is the Cilan one.
Pokemon Movie 14 Black: Victini to Shiroki Eiyuu Reshiram
Movie, 2011, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
I'd say this movie comes after episode 690.
OLM made another experiment with these movies, and they made 2 different versions of the same movie as the games.
The main difference is which character uses Reshiram and which one Zekrom.
Pokemon Movie 14 White: Victini to Kuroki Eiyuu Zekrom
Movie, 2011, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
I'd say this movie comes after episode 690.

The main difference is which character uses Reshiram and which one Zekrom.
Pokemon Movie 15: Kyurem vs. Seikenshi

Sun & Moon | Episode 942-984
Ultra Adventures | Episode 985-1033
Ultra Legends | Episode 1034-1087

There is a missing episode in the west because TPC thought it would be controversial.
The last episode of SM is called "Thank You, Alola! The Journey Continues!".
Pokemon (2019)
TV, 2019, 136 eps Me:- Author:-
Pokemon Journeys is very strange within the series, it's not like any of the previous series and doesn't follow the story of the game it is supposedly based in.
It's divided into 3 seasons in the west.

Journeys | Episode 1088-1135
Master Journeys | Episode 1136-1177
Ultimate Journeys | Episode 1178-1234

If you do the math you'll notice there are 11 episodes more than the 136 listed on MAL, and that's because the last season (of 11 episodes) is part of Ultimate Journeys in the west.

Also, there are 4 recap episodes missing in the west.

So, more than ever, when you get to an episode called "This Could be the Start of Something Big!" (episode 1223) you are finished with japanese version of Journeys.

Pokemon Movie 20: Kimi ni Kimeta!
Movie, 2017, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
After the 19th movie, and for the 20th anniversary they decided to try and make a reboot instead of the typical in-series movies. This became it's own saga, but it was ultimately left out by OLM and TPC.
It is an alternate version of the start of Ash's journey but featuring Pokemon of later generations.

In the west it was released after To be a Pokemon Master as the last episode.
Pokemon (2023)
TV, 2023, ? eps Me:- Author:-
New anime, maybe part of the same continuity or maybe not, starred by new characters. Following Journeys' style, it doesn't follow the story of the game it is supposedly based in.
