Sequel under a different studio
Anime
Sometimes, when a manga/light novel gets adapted, the first installment/season or so will be under one studio, but after it finishes, a different studio will take up the task of continuing the story from where the previous installment left off. A different studio usually means different creative staff so there may be some differences in style between installments. This stack will list the first installment of franchises that have done this. Information about the successor studios will be listed in the description. Reboots won't be counted.
