Silent Witch OP (Both are really good so it should be close) Ending 1. Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru S2 ED (This was my #2 favorite song of the season, and top song left in the tourney. Can't help but jam to that 80's Madonna style sound) 2. WataNare ED (I adore the visuals that look like a sketch style with watercolors, and the song is too catchy (mayocchau wa wa wa wa wa wanna be light). However I will say that the Arknights ED is really beautifully well done and made me think about watching this series.) |

Silent Witch OP (unfortunate that Ruri no Houseki's OP lost as I'd say that it was both my favorite of the summer season and second favorite of the year overall after Tasokare Hotel's OP from the winter season, but at least Silent Witch has some powerful moments within it and is better than many/most others featured here) Ending 1. Ruri no Houseki ED 2. Arknights: Rise from Ember ED (found it very fitting that by happenstance, for all three OPs and EDs we have for the three seasons of the series which exist thus far, the first OP, of season 1, and this last ED, of season 3, were the best and most poignant bookends - few EDs I've seen and heard from recently released series translate the epic intensity of their respective series so well into aural form, and if this could inspire anyone who was previously unaware of its existence or declined to watch to pick up the series as one user mentioned, going back to and starting with the first season released in 2022, then that in and of itself makes the nomination worth it) |
