Cantarella, in fiction (or just Romeo and Juliet), is the name of a drug that can supposedly put the consumer in a state of death for a certain period of time. Historically it's a deadly poison that can kill, but is believed to be just a rumour and doesn't actually exist. In this manga it is... something else which would be a spoiler. |
