is this anime actually anti-american? or is this just the fatsos coping?

seriously, I've been scouring the internet for any anime where the amerigolems are portrayed accurate to their real life counterparts.

im tired of the whole "AMERICA IS GOOD YAYA THANK YOU AMERICA SENPAI FOR OCCUPYING AND SAVING MEEE" bullshit that some recent anime have been having, looking for anime like angel cop or code geass that redpills the audience on the true world domination plans that amerigolems have for south america and asia.

I would like to ask if this anime portrays these fatsos realistically or not, because i've heard many people say that the usa is considered a villain here.

and by anti american I mean TRUE anti american not some fatsos whining because some american character (like bandit keith from yugioh) is a cheater and scumbag(thats like 99% of amerifats anyways)

There's definitely not a lot of that in Genocyber. Not a lot of anything to be honest, this anime lacks any kind of satisfying or coherent narrative.
Well I don't want to be too mean, but it's really all over the place.

There's a sort of message against the US intervention in the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait (quite possible the most most justly fought war by USA since ww2, but I'm sure you would say otherwise), but it's really messy twisted and losses meaning at the end for what other characters does. It's really bizarre even, because Japan itself participated in the coalition, albeit not by sending troops to the ground.
