Synopsis

Kiska was slandered and banished to the deepest part of the Dungeon in the transition camp. For the unskilled and non-adventurous like Kiska, it was a death sentence for him. He was attacked by a high level monster, and just when he thought his death was near, a voice rang out.

"I will help you."

Then someone said, "The name of the skill I will give you is 'Save and Reset.'"

With this skill, which was suddenly given to him, Kiska has the power to rewind time just before he was killed. This thing seems to be able to avoid death, but it is the beginning of a new hell. More than monsters and traps lurk inside. Kiska meets beautiful heroines sealed within the dungeon, beautiful vampires who like to bewitch, and incarnations of demonic swords, and he has been repeatedly targeted for slaying.

However, when Kiska met them for numerous of times, he begins to realize a strategy to make them fall in love with him...? Sometimes they would kill him, and sometimes they would love him. Kiska, who died and returned to the save point again and again, will conquer the hardest dungeons to get revenge!

Preliminary (32/? eps)
This is an interesting manga, because while it is rough around the edges and also has a "time-looping" plot, it manages to execute the flow of the story effectively while simultaneously incorporating the thrill/excitement of a regression series.

The main issue is the obsession to be excessively cruel to the main character. At some point, the line between character development and a sick fantasy was crossed to create Kiska. In the same way that characters from other series will be as strong as the plot demands, Kiska is kept at a specific power level to ensure the story remains balanced. Incredibly uncharacteristic for a "system" main ...

When you first look at the title and cover, it seems like it'll just be a pretty generic fantasy yandere harem romance, but there's a lot more going on underneath...

Aside from the amazing interpersonal relationships and character development, there is absolutely nothing going on underneath. The story IS fun, don't get me wrong, but the MC's use of his powers and methodological approach of traveling through the dungeon are inanely predicable. The art style and mangaka's use of paneling are great for the story, but there's something a bit lacking that I find hard to describe succinctly.

After that last paragraph, you may wonder why this ...

This is one of the best dungeon, best fantasy, best harem, best yandere manga I've seen to date. It does a lot of things I've seen other manga do as a gimmick, but the way that the plot is written, all these bits just sort of work, and it turns out to be really really appealling. It's basically just a loser gets return by death and tries to escape a dungeon but keeps getting trolled. Usually, when a manga has the main character get trolled, it's almost like fate is trolling him, so it's not really appealing, and it feels like a gimmick. In this ...
