Red Cat Ramen surprised me. You ever wanted to watch an anime about cats running a Ramen shop? Well now you can! The anime focuses on a woman who applies to work as a part timer at the Ramen shop..run by cats.
First off, The voice acting is great and one of the standouts is freaking KAGURA FROM GINTAMA. I recognized the voice right away and had to double check and yeah, she voices one of the cats. The other cats
There are only 12 episodes and they just revolve around the day to day life of the cats from the perspective of the female
...
worker. The cast is very likable and the comedy is pretty solid. I found myself laughing at some scenes, like the handsome repair man or they can't decide how to dress the female worker up to make her appear "cat friendly".
None of the customers care that cats run a Ramen shop, in fact they come FOR that reason. They love the cat Ramen and even go crazy when one of the cats announce special noodles made with their own paws. They love the atmosphere and the vibe of the place.
The cast revolves around the human girl, the tough boss cat, the chef cat who is a pro gamer, the Kagura cat who is the waitress basically and a cat who manages the finances and has shady connections. There is also a tiger who makes the noodles in the back as well as some human characters who help out the cats.
The animation is fluid and a mix between 2D and 3D, it isn't fully 3D like Kengan for example but its not traditional 3D either, it does a good job seemingly swapping between the 2 at times.
I went into this anime kinda hesitant and the first episode was kind of a miss but honestly as I kept watching, it got better and better. It's cute and relaxing. It's funny. I recommend Red Cat Ramen if you like cats and you just want a chill anime about Cats running a Ramen shop.

The whole joke of Nukitashi is that the residents of the island can and will have sex anytime they want due to a low population, however this joke falls flat quickly.
The main character doesn't want to have sex but has a big dick, his sister is a lesbian, and while it's funny to see people just randomly having sex, it just gets old quick.
Episodes 2 and 3 are pretty lackluster and boring but episode 4 is pretty good.
The show ABSOLUTELY has meme potential and material. As far as gooning material? Ehhh
You might get slightly turned on but it's nothing like Hentai or porn.
...
More eechi
You can see tits, but it's all style and no substance. There just isn't really anything remarkable about the show.
You want a good funny porn anime? Inter-stellar species reviewers. You want good eechi? Monster musume.
There ARE way better options. This isn't the first perverted anime. But It's funny and weird, ill admit that.
I am not going to say "don't watch this trash" but there just isn't anything really remarkable about this aside from meme material with the funny subs.
The anime just seems to dip in quality and goes from perverted eechi to action to eechi and it can't make up its mind.
Its worth watching for a laugh but this isn't a masterpiece and aside from a few characters, none of them are memorable.

Basically a modern. re-imagining of the 1990s series, the episodes are almost identical to the original series minus some changed scenes that would've made more sense in the 1990s (like a kid using an IPad instead of reading a book)
The story follows a man named Nube who is a teacher at the elementary school and must protect it from supernatural threats though the means of his sealed demon hand with every episode being a villain of the day format
The updated animation by studio Kai works great and it's still enjoyable
HOWEVER it loses the horror aspect the original had in tone and aesthetic,
...
if you watched the original you'd understand what I mean.
The original just seemed much scarier and creepier despite it being borderline identical in scene compared to the original series minus the updated visuals
I still highly recommend you watch it because Nube is an incredible and fun series if you're interested in the supernatural and Japanese folklore.

(Review based up to episode 3)
Gachiakuta is a Shonen anime that follows the story of Rudo, a boy in a world with class inequality where the city is divided into 2 parts, the upper clean part the elites and rich live in and the slums, the dilapidated and poor area where Rudo and his father figure live. The premise is that Rudo is the son of a murderer and a trash raider and raids the upper areas for valuables the elites throw away so he can make a living with his father figure who runs a junk shop and of course there is a
...
girl he likes.
Things take a turn however when Rudo is accused of murdering his father figure and is thrown into the "abyss". A massive hole where refuge is dumped (including people like Rudo's father) permanently, and ends up in a horrible place filled with trash monsters and those who fight them to survive in the godforsaken land they call home.
The plot is your overall Shonen revenge story, the presentation is REALLY solid however with striking visuals and engaging combat sequences, the character designs are great. And the humor is downright hilarious (one scene is Rudo chasing a man with a plunger filled with poop)
The main gimmick (Jutsu, Ki, Etc etc) is power that comes from objects that you care for, allowing it to transform into something greater/a weapon, which leads to really crazy combat scenes. Plus there is a lot varying color used which really gives life to the scenery and background art surrounding it.
I'm not a huge fan of the CGI type cell shaded art style that is so common these days, but what can you do? It works, just can be jarring at times.
If I had to compare the vibes of the anime to something it reminds me a LOT of Black Clover with it's outcast type theme and humor.
Overall this is a rare hidden gem. I really hope this anime becomes more popular because it REALLY deserves more attention.
Please give it a watch, although it doesn't really "pick up" until episode 2, keep in mind. But this anime has a ton of potential with it's colorful cast and heavy plot development.

School-Live! Is a really interesting premise, a zombie apocalypse happens and 4 kids and their teacher plus a dog are trapped inside and one of the characters has severe psychosis.
The only issue is the pacing. 3 of the episodes are flashbacks telling us how they met one of the characters, this is a show with a LOT of fan-service, in fact one whole episode is dedicated to it. however there are also some genuinely dark moments.
The plot twists are good and the ending is sad, I almost cried to be honest.
But you they don't delve deep into these characters and the big
...
plot twist comes out of nowhere and the pacing is SO fast, the show is over before you even have a chance to bond with the characters.
The jump the shark moments in the last 2 episodes never really amount to anything.
Do I recommend the show? It's cute. It has its moments and its a tearjerker
But the whole psychosis thing pretty much is dropped by the mid season finale.
It was cool at first to see the girl just going to class and pretending everything is normal but midway though they stop it.
It isn't a bad show at all but it just builds up to nothing and leaves you with a lot of questions.
It's cute but thats all I can say.

You have to be a fan of Japanese history to really appreciate the humor and jokes.
The plot is simple, Oda Nobunaga is reincarnated as a dog along with his fellow warlords.
There is a plot twist but I won't spoil it, however if you have a keen eye you can figure it out by the 2nd episode.
It's cute. Is it One Piece good? No. Is it a deep plot? No. It's Oda Nobunaga as a dog.
He pees on things, and acts like a dog.
It isn't a masterpiece but it's cute and if you appreciate Japanese history and want to see the
...
famous warlord digging holes or Marie Antoinette as a dog chilling with the Sengoku period warlords...
Well here you go.
I only recommend this if you grasp Japanese history and understand references like the betrayal at Honnouji or Takeda - Kenshin rivalry.
It should've gotten a 2nd season. It isn't bad at all.
There are some plot points that I dont fully grasp, like when the show begins Dog Oda is about a year or two old yet is shocked to find out he is a dog.
We don't see him born or adopted. It just *happens*.
The dogs communicate via telepathy apparently as well. There are a lot of things that don't make sense.
But this is a cute show and made me chuckle a few times. It could've used a larger cast like Tokugawa or Hide but it's fine.
It's just a show about the famous warlord reincarnated as a dog.

If you're looking for more Z or GT type Dragon Ball..look elsewhere
I'm only on the 3rd episode and im not sure I can continue. Dragon Ball Daima takes place after the end of Z but before Super
The plot revolves around Goku and the gang being turned into children via Shannon's wish after the king of the Demon world (not Dabura) sees them as a threat.
This feels more like Dragon Ball then anything. It's more kid friendly then Z or GT.
The violence is heavily toned down and while it isn't TERRIBLE. It's hard to recommend it to a fan of Z or
...
GT.
Only fans of Dragon Ball and hardcore DB fans will enjoy the show.
I'll probably update this review as i watch more.

Despite being a huge Naruto fan, I really didn't like this movie.
The movie is about Naruto and friends having to escort a movie actress + crew to the land of snow for their next movie.
The movie just isn't that interesting. The villains are boring, the land of snow isn't that interesting of a place, there are plot twists but they aren't that mind blowing.
The animation is great however and the fight scenes are pretty good but not even close to manga/tv level crazy.
This movie isn't Canon and some of the stuff such as the movie crew wearing modern day clothing or movies
...
even existing in Naruto's world makes no sense when their society is fairly medieval.
There is also a rivalry with Kakashi and some backstory that again, isn't canon and makes no sense in continuity.
It isn't a bad movie but the later movies are more interesting.
Fun fact: This is also the first and only movie Sasuke is in also. (Pre shippuden) as Shikamaru and Rock Lee replace him in the next 2.

(This review is about the original show NOT Shippuden)
Look, Naruto is an old school masterpiece. It is often what people describe as a "hood classic" Naruto has been cemented as one of the "big 3" alongside One Piece and Bleach
The series has some of the best written characters in all of anime. Every character is memorable.
The story of Naruto is about an orphan named Naruto who wants to become the next Hokage (the leader of his village) and prove to everyone that he can accomplish great things. That's the general concept.
The show has some of the best arcs in all of anime.
...
The mist village arc? Banger. The chunin exams arc? Banger. The 4th hokage arc? Banger.
The animation team was switched during the forest of death arc and nobody seem to notice. That's how good this show is.
The sub and dub are both excellent but the dub is iconic and what everybody grew up watching.
Naruto as a character is somebody we all grew up alongside. To watch him go from a child who struggles fighting his peers to taking on literal Gods is..just such a journey.
Naruto put anime in the mainstream. It is absolutely something people need to watch or at least know about.
You don't have to watch all 200 episodes. You can read the amazing manga, watch the play, or even just watch Naruto explained stuff on YouTube.
Naruto is a classic for a reason.

BlueLock is a gem.
Bluelock is the story of 300 (slightly femboy) soccer players (who are all strikers) put into a building and in the end only 1 can prevail to play for Japan's national team. And if they don't make the cut they're out. For good.
Our main character is a boy named Yoichi Isigai who wants to surpass his limits and become the best.
Im just going to clairify before we continue in case you're lost. This is a sports Shonen. If you don't like Soccer or sports just stop reading .
Like soccer? Or a little bit interested? Let's continue!
The show
...
starts off with an elimination challenge in a room of 12. Then from there the 11 players compete against other teams of 11 until 3 teams remain. Then more stuff happens I won't spoil.
SOME of our characters are:
Isigai: Our protagonist who looks like a femboy but secretly has that dawg in him
Jinpachi Ego: The creator of the BlueLock program who lives on a diet of Ramen noodles with mayo with chili flakes. incredibly intelligent and ruthless.
Chigiri: the most feminine character on the show who is extremely fast. One look at him and you'll question your sexuality. Seriously, I actually thought he was a woman at first.
Barichra: a slightly femboy weirdo who claims to have a monster inside him and likes walking around naked. Very good at dribbling.
Barou: The "king" who is the best waifu and I truly feel sorry for whomever drew him in a maid's outfit. Incredibly aggressive and talented player however.
Nagi: a Killua or Nagito lookalike/clone. He's always bored and sleepy but is incredibly talented with a soccer ball. He is so lazy that he even hates chewing food.
Ikki: a genius strategist who looks like he belongs in a Hentai given how we never see his eyes and how timid he is.
Kuon: Trash.
There's other characters but I don't want to spoil the cast.
So why should you watch this anime? It's full of drama and suspense. Like there's betrayal and their entire careers are on the line. They literally live in a prison like setting and are forced to pick sides.
If I had to compare this anime to others I would say its VERY similar to Rainbow Nisha or even Danganronpa.
I couldn't stop watching this show. I binged it. The sheer amount of suspense and cliffhangers kept me going.
Now I will admit, I like soccer. I'm not a huge fan who watches it daily but I casually enjoy it. I don't know much about it.
This show however was just fantastic to watch. It's hard to describe why but just watching the teams duke it out and seeing who gets eliminated was very exciting to behold.
The sub is how I watched it and the voices were really well done. I can't speak for the dub.
The animation is BEAUTIFUL. It's very fluid and there's moments where it just goes crazy. Theres also some 3D transitions but they're so quick you don't even notice.
I really recommend BlueLock if you're even a little bit interested in sports or soccer. And if you're not..maybe give it a try anyway? It isn't boring at all. It's over the top action and thrilling.
I really enjoyed BlueLock and I hope you will too.
