It's often criticized for it's "antisemitism" but I found it to be quite an interesting plot point, that unfortunately never went deep enough. Plus, the character design most of the time is just so cool, the animation is very good too. The only problem is that characters don't have enough time to naturally go from one thing to another, everything feels sped up due to the lack of budget. 24 episodes would have done the original idea some justice. And a 2nd season where Angel blows up the Wall of Lamentations? Don't get me started.
It's very short, so if you want something cool to watch while you play guitar, 100% would recommend.
