But still... Our boy Lu Ming Fei still shit. He got zero motivation, zero confidence, zero ambition, zero skill. zero will to improve himself, zero self respect, and most importantly zero character development. So from season 1 episode 1 until now he still the pathetic guy he ever was and ever will be. He only survive because the plot want him to survive. The world seems like spinning around him. Another basic chosen one MC. Its making me angry like when he live in a world of magic and dragon, he didn't even train properly at least to defend himself. Yet he always on every important situation spacing out, getting scared, and in the end, using World of Warcraft cheat code.
The story is still confusing but not as much as season one. Maybe because its more focused on the redemption arc of chu zihang so its more easy to follow but its still bad. I don't get the feeling of chu zihang sadness and anger because of the bad writing. Its hard to explain but its like the moment when his father died heroic doesn't make me feel anything. Because there is lack of build ups and development.
