This list is dedicated to Pre-2000s anime that has a visually impactful animation, regardless of the year they release.
At first i wanted to focus on celluloid animation but i thought it would be more interesting to take everything released before 2000, especially for the young anime fans to discover shows they maybe don't know about.
PS : Jin-Roh & Vampire hunter D are exceptions as they they release in 2000.
