It looks stunning!. In my opinion, romance anime adapted from Light Novels are great most of the time, especially if it's a short novel. Looking forward to it.

@Yubisoft Different audiences, I'd assume. Melodrama anime films are trying to appeal more towards the average moviegoer. A lot of them are still trying to be the next Your Name, too. I've noticed a similar thing with Ghibli imitations as of late as well.

@TheFlyingOrange If you pay attention, many anime films are even voiced by a wider range of celebrities, not just VAs.

Sure yeah of course they are different audiences but Japan also really likes comedy and a great history of so many comedy anime however lately the ratio between comedy and drama has become too big and studios either animate new seasons for series like konosuba or they mostly focus on drama and shonen. They give severely less chances for new/recent comedy series to shine in anime adaptation. Even the latest Gintama season production was mediocre. Maybe I am over analyzing things.

Romance light novels tend to cut content from the source material when adapted to anime~

There are many short novels nowadays, they tend to be more emotional.

Wonder if this romance light novel (with a ton of emotions) will be adapted~

Oh wait, it has not been added to MAL database. XD
