Synopsis
Lying on her deathbed with seemingly no chance at recovery, a young Nia Liston is soon to succumb to her illness. Unable to give up hope, her parents desperately search for a cure in even the most obscure places, leading to the appearance of a hooded man claiming he can help rid Nia of her condition. But rather than curing her, the hooded man transplants the soul of a deceased hero who was undefeated in battle into the girl's frail body.

Given a second chance at life as Nia, the hero is determined to recover her new body's strength by using a technique known as chi to target and eliminate the illness at its roots. With her enthusiastic hunger for combat having also been carried over, Nia is eager to return to exploring the world. However, the hero's restless soul yearns to find a worthy opponent who can defeat her on the battlefield, sparking chaos wherever Nia may go. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Looks like the perfect type of anime to watch in October, which I'm assuming is the plan. 😱

Another Narou adaptation?!
Like one famous song says:
"And they don't stop coming"

@Tropisch I'm not sure this really counts as an isekai. From the synopsis it sounds as if the hero's soul is someone who was already a part of that World. It is reincarnation yes but I don't see any "In another World" element, though someone more familiar with the source material could probably confirm.

Oh how original, another Isekai...

every fucking time.... smh.... but its ALWAYS the overlysafe, riskless "lets just have them fight dumb men" trope....

@EcchiGodMamster

Either monsters or a bunch of dangerous looking dudes.

Well, she spars with her attendant, who is a teenage girl.

I am still in the earlier volumes though~

What a coincidence, I am currently reading this light novel~
Nia sneaking out at night is pretty cute and hilarious at the same time. XD
Best line from volume 1:

And I don't intend to watch the anime because I still have more than 30 light novel series to catch up~

A violent fantasy series with a female lead and it looks like no gaming systems this time around? Colour me intrigued.
