Poco’s Udon World is a calm, heartwarming slice-of-life anime that focuses more on emotions and personal growth than on an exciting or complex plot. The story follows Souta as he returns to his hometown and ends up caring for Poco. The pacing is slow and relaxed, which fits the comforting tone of the series. It’s less about big events and more about small, everyday moments, healing, and self-discovery.
However, one of the most annoying parts is how misleading the title feels. With “Udon” in the name, you’d expect food or the udon shop to be a major focus, but it barely comes up until the very
...
last episode. Instead, the anime mainly centers on Souta’s struggles with adulthood, grief, and finding his place in life, with Poco helping him grow along the way. Even so, the show is still charming and easy to watch, especially if you just want something soft and comforting. I think if there were more episodes the ratings would be better (i gave it a 4 its not bad but its not you know all that). The opening and ending songs are especially memorable and honestly stand out more than some parts of the story, making the anime a decent casual watch despite its missed potential.

Normally I'm not picky about the type of shows I watch but this was really boring for me. Uramichi Oniisan has an interesting concept, but unfortunately, it didn’t fully work for me. The idea of a children’s show host who is secretly burnt out and emotionally exhausted is relatable and has a lot of potential. However, the execution ended up feeling repetitive, which made the series drag after a while.
The only two things I like are the Bunny Mascots anf the Ending song. Other than that, he jokes and dialogue often relied on the same depressing or cynical lines about adulthood, which lost their impact
...
over time.
The anime isn’t necessarily bad, but it becomes predictable. Each episode follows a similar pattern: a setup involving the children’s show, followed by another reminder of how exhausting and meaningless adult life can feel. That kind of humor can work really well, but because it rarely changes or develops, it starts to feel stale rather than funny. What’s disappointing is that the plot itself is genuinely interesting. With more variety, stronger character development, or a shift in tone, the series could have been much more engaging. Instead, it sticks too closely to the same formula, making the overall experience feel flat.
Overall, Uramichi Oniisan has its moments and a strong premise, but the repetitive structure and overused jokes made it boring for me. It’s worth trying if you enjoy dark humor, but it may not appeal to everyone.

Kotarou wa Hitorigurashi (Kotaro Lives Alone) is an anime that quietly pulls at your heart. It looks cute and light at first, but it slowly reveals deeper emotions without ever feeling overwhelming. Even when it touches on sad themes, it somehow still feels warm and comforting. Kotaro himself is honestly amazing. Seeing such a small kid live on his own is heartbreaking, but what really gets me is how determined and independent he is. The people around him, especially Karino and the neighbors, may not be perfect, but their growing care for Kotaro feels natural and real.
Also, I dont understand when people hate it and
...
use the words, "This kid is 4 years old, it's not realistic" It's not supposed to be realistic. That's the point. The anime isn’t trying to be super realistic—it’s more about showing trauma, loneliness, and how people cope in different ways. Kotaro living alone is exaggerated, but it highlights how neglected kids can be forced to grow up too fast. If you look at it emotionally instead of literally, it makes a lot more sense.
Overall, this anime made me smile, tear up, and think long after each episode. Kotaro Lives Alone isn’t just about a kid surviving on his own—it’s about how even broken people can come together and become a family in the quietest, most unexpected ways.

The manga is horrible. What makes it so terrible is the part around volume 9, where Rin develops a crush on Daikichi—yes, the same Daikichi who practically raised her. He tells her that after her graduation, if she still has feelings for him, they could be together. And guess what? They actually get together, and Rin even starts thinking about having his children. This beautiful manga was completely ruined by this disturbing relationship!
Sure, some people don’t mind this kind of relationship (please, seek professional help), but he raised her from when she was six years old. That’s essentially like having romantic feelings for your father.
...
Think about that. Even if they aren't biologically related, he still took care of her from childhood. In away the ending seems kind of abrupt, as well as it wasn't. Yes they kind of hinted it earlier from Rin's part, but I didn't expect Daikichi to entertain it.
All I can say is that I recommend watching the anime instead, since it does not follow the manga’s ending. If you want to still read the manga but don't like the ending that I just mentioned stop around chapter 24.

Honestly, I didn’t expect to watch this anime, let alone enjoy it as much as I did. I had already judged it by the art style and the way the characters looked, thinking it wasn’t going to be my thing. I even saw a small snippet on TikTok that didn’t grab my interest at all. I don't really like hyped animes.
But my friend, who had only seen Episode 1, decided to put it on, and before we knew it, we had binged our way through to the next season. The OP is bomb!
What really pulled me in was the dynamic between the main
...
characters. Their personalities bounce off each other in a way that feels refreshingly natural—there’s awkwardness, banter, and genuine reactions that make them more relatable than your typical anime duo. The comedic timing is sharp, and the humor often hits when you least expect it, especially with the quirky older characters like the Granny and the Grandmother, who add a whole extra layer of charm to the show.
The fights themselves are surprisingly engaging. They balance intense action with creative visuals, making each confrontation feel distinct. There’s a mix of high-energy, supernatural brawls and tense, some moments that keep you invested without overcomplicating things. Some sequences take their time building up, but it does make up for it, by not being overwhelming.
I think you should give it a watch and form your own opinions.

I watched Shomin Sample, and I have to say—this whole anime is ridiculous. It’s basically the same recycled plot you’ll find in every other male harem anime: a “normal” guy gets thrown into an absurd situation surrounded by girls, each representing a specific trope, and nothing of value really happens.
The show had the potential to be an interesting social experiment—a commoner boy introduced to a school of wealthy, ultra-sheltered girls to help them understand the outside world. But instead of any meaningful exploration, we get a series of dumb, repetitive gags and eye-roll-worthy misunderstandings. And I can’t believe I’m even saying this, but the fanservice
...
is boring. Yes, the girls are “sheltered,” but that doesn’t mean they have to be portrayed as completely brainless. I get that it’s supposed to be funny, but it just ends up feeling bland and lazy.
The characters are shallow cutouts of every overused anime archetype: the tsundere, the sickly loli, the deadpan maid, etc. Kimito, the protagonist, is another bland “nice guy” harem lead, except his defining gimmick is pretending to have a muscle fetish so the school doesn’t kick him out. It’s as dumb as it sounds—and not in a fun way.
The only thing I genuinely enjoyed was the OP and ending outro, mostly because they’re so chaotic it literally looks like someone was on crack when they made them. They’re at least visually interesting, even if they don’t match the flat, uninspired tone of the actual episodes.
Animation is fine, music is forgettable, and the writing is painfully safe. The show doesn’t take any risks, doesn’t develop its characters, and ultimately offers nothing that hasn’t already been done (and done better) in other series.
If you're hoping for clever satire, emotional depth, or even just genuinely funny comedy—look elsewhere. Shomin Sample is a bland, trope-ridden, and ultimately forgettable mess.
I'd say mostly watch this when you're bored and you're trying to kill time.

I somewhat enjoyed the plot of the anime despite having mixed feelings on it. But would I recommend this anime to someone? I really can’t blame Kotonoha (Katsura) for being the villain in the end. Makoto (Itou) liked Kotonoha, he worked to get Kotonoha, only for him to end up liking Sekai (Saionji) but instead of breaking up with Kotonoha, he cheats on her and then feels somewhat bad about the situation that he and Sekai created? Sekai and Makoto are already acting like boyfriend/girlfriend (well to me they act like a married couple) without even thinking about Kotonoha’s feelings? Nearly the whole school
...
thinks of their dating. Then Kotonoha is even willing to TRY harder to gain his feelings when she doesn’t need to. Also all of Sekai’s friends contributed to the downfall of Kotonoha’s emotions.
What gets me mad is that Makoto mentions that he likes Sekai yet goes and sleeps (it’s implied) with Katou and then kisses and sleeps with a few of Sekia’s? What the hell? Make it worse, he got Sekai pregnant, only for him to ask her “Why did you get pregnant?” as if he didn’t help. I get it, he’s a kid but he has to realize that he’s hurting people (In the last episode he mentions being selfish but he didn’t fully went out of his way to correct his mistakes)
Also, how hypocritical can Sekai be? You slept with him knowing he was dating Kotonoha, which made her slap you only for you to slap her later on when you realized she was over at Makoto house?!
This is all Makoto’s fault because all of this could have been avoided, if Sekai had put on her big girl panties and confessed to Makoto instead of trying to play cupid and Makoto could have broken up with Kotonoha and Makoto put on his big boy pants and break up with Kotonoha. You can't eat your cake and have it too. This whole anime is messed up but I would recommend it to someone else.

"Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z" is a fantastic and rejuvenating version of "The Powerpuff Girls," an all-American classic. The anime adaptation puts a Japanese spin to the well-known characters, turning them into magical girls who are as interesting as possible. With its mixture of action, comedy and heartfelt scenes this show can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of their age. I grew up with this and thought this was a fever dream until I came across a song called "ひまわり/ Himawari" bt Hearts grow because I was originally looking up this song "ユラユラ". So I started watching it
The anime's colorful and vibrant this style captures
...
the true essence of each character, bringing a whole new side to their personalities. The transformation sequences felt like the old school magical girl shows. The only thing that's a bit disappointing is how they portray Mojo-Jojo.
One notable strength of “Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z” is how it manages to pay tribute to the original work while creating something new and unique. Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup have remained true to themselves but now they have been given different backgrounds and abilities that make them more adorable than ever before. It's better than the American remake (2016). A rather light-hearted show; hence most times it tends to mock itself together with other magical girls genres making it fun both for fans who’ve been there from time immemorial or first timers.
This anime is light hearted and funny, and not to be taken seriously like the original one, but I'd say, give it a shot.

Before I make my review I will say to at least watch it once to do your own opinion.
The anime is decent enough. I have watched it before but I didn't get past episode 3 for some season so this is my second time watching it. One Punch is a weird show in my opinion but it has some entertaining moments.
From the first episode, I thought One Punch was a bootleg anime version of Superman but I was proven wrong. The anime did not make me hooked until Episode 5. I like the idea of a super strong guy who can take on
...
any monsters and get bored after a while, to me, this part seems realistic because since he could do anything, it would get boring after a while. I have mixed feelings about this part because I think it's making fun of heroes but at the same time it isn't...but then again it's a parody of shounen animes/mangas.
Also, I like how the MC isn't as fairly attractive as other male characters. (according to my friend). The lack of hair could be a factor in this but you have to admit he doesn't look like regular male main characters. It's kind of unique to me.
My issue is I get that Saitama gets bored of fighting but the fight scenes were kind of boring. They could have at least made it interesting. There's hardly any drama or intense scenes, it just seems bland and I understand why because the MC is mary-sues but they could have at least tried to spice it up.
Overall the plot is alright, I was kind of disappointed because of how people have hyped this anime, but it was decent.

If you want to feel angry or all sorts of emotion, this anime is the one for you.
Now first, I'd like to say that the art style isnt bad. Moving on, the characters personallity, is basically just nuts. Everyone needs to visit a mental hosptial. Yui annoys me alot in how she reactions to certain situations. Sure I don't like her but that girl is basically just there to get tormented by people and that's sad, in some twisted way the vampires care for her and thats because she's an Eve. I feel sorry for her.
The Sakumaki's annoys me very much. Sure they
...
had some trauma when they were younger but they basically used that an excuse, which in some ways I could understand why, but that doesn't mean I'll accept it. Their father is just a shitty person, nothing else. How could you do your own family that? Yes you're a vampire but that doesn't give you the right to treat your family so. I'll never understand that man no matter how much time I try to reserch.
