'Nageki no Bourei wa Intai shitai Part 2' Reveals Additional Cast
The official website of the Nageki no Bourei wa Intai shitai (Let This Grieving Soul Retire) television anime revealed additional cast for the second cour on Friday. The anime series adapting Tsukikage's adventure fantasy novel began its second cour broadcast on October 6 at 11:30 p.m. on TOKYO MX, followed by streaming on ABEMA, dAnime Store, Lemino, and other platforms.Cast
Emperor Zebludia: Takaya Kuroda (Dungeon no Naka no Hito)
Princess Myreena: Saki Yamakita (Black Clover)
Lord Franz: Kazuyuki Okitsu (Sayounara Ryuusei, Konnichiwa Jinsei)
Rosemary Pyropus: Kimiko Saitou (Isekai Shikkaku)
Telmu Apokris: Eiji Takemoto (Maou-sama, Retry! R)
Masahiro Takata (Tenkuu Shinpan) is directing the anime at Zero-G. Hideki Shirane (Danmachi) is handling the series composition. Yuusuke Isouchi (RikeKoi) and Shingo Fujisaki (Undead Girl Murder Farce animation director) are designing the characters. Ryouhei Sataka (Gleipnir) is composing the music.
Tsukikage began penning the novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in January 2018. Micro Magazine began publishing the title under its GC Novels imprint in August that year, featuring illustrations by Chyko. The 13th volume went on sale on September 30.
Rai Hebino began serializing a manga adaptation on the ComicWalker website in April 2019. Kadokawa released the 11th volume on April 25, with the 12th volume scheduled for release on November 27.
Sol Press licensed the light novel in English in November 2020 and released the first volume in December that year. After Sol Press went defunct in 2021, J-Novel Club acquired the light novel in July 2022. The eighth volume shipped on October 6, with the ninth volume scheduled for release on February 11, 2026.
Yen Press licensed the manga adaptation in May 2021 and released the ninth volume on February 26, with the tenth volume planned for a January 20, 2026 release.
