Naitou originally published the supernatural romcom manga in Weekly Shounen Magazine as a one-shot in December 2020, before beginning regular serialization in April 2021. Kodansha published the 21st volume on August 12, with the final 22nd volume set to be released on October 17.

A 24-episode television anime adaptation produced by animation studio Drive in Fall 2024. Crunchyroll streamed the anime with subtitles and dubs in multiple languages.

Kodansha US licensed the manga in English in 2022 and published the 18th volume on May 6.

Nice, been wanting to watch this anime for months now, perfect timing.

Nice to know that it's written by the former assistant and fan of the mangaka of Gotoubun no Hanayome per RobertBobert. Gotoubun no Hanayome is one of my favorite all time harem.

@Zhenvincent The author of this manga also wrote several alternative endings so as not to provoke another waifu debate?

I am starting to get a little annoyed with the recent trend of 4 - 5 years serialization of this type of manga. Not necessarily disappointed about this manga but in general most of the romance manga that are without cringe drama are starting to follow this trend especially if you consider the fact this type of serializations the mangaka rush the f out of them after a certain chapter and then nothing makes sense at the ending chapter.

I can't say I was a huge fan of this work, but watching the anime was a good experience. Even without taking into account that the author was a former assistant and "follower" of Haruba Negi.
